If we order uniforms, will they be discontinued next year?
|
NEVER! We pride ourselves in being able to supply you year after year as your team or
organization grows. This is what sets us apart from the rest of the uniform and warm-up
companies. Once you have your design you may not want to change! A minimum reorder of 5
pieces is required with sublimation uniform orders and 12 pieces for traditional uniform orders. Contact us for more details.
Choosing sublimated uniforms is the best way to insure re-orders will always match your
original order, unlike traditional dyed fabrics that can fade over time or may incur
variances in fabric dye lots.
*NOTE* Due to washing, normal use and age traditional dyed fabrics will fade over time.
Fabric color/shade variances may occur with reorders due to dye lot availability.

What are the advantages of dye sublimation?
|
Dye sublimation is an extensive process used to apply heated inks permanently into fabric to create unique designs, and logos. This process eliminates the age old problem of heat applied numbers that crack, fade and peel from the uniform. The inks are subjected to high temperature and pressure on a large format heat press. The colors that are achieved using the sublimation process are the most vivid and distinct in the textile industry. This ensures a long life for your uniform! |

Are your products durable?

All Unico Sports garments and accessories are manufactured with the finest materials and craftsmanship and are guaranteed for one full year from manufacturer's defects. Top-notch college and premier programs use our products for this reason. |
Can I get a uniform or warm-up sample?

No problem! Let us know the style and colors you are looking for. Simply provide us with a credit card security deposit (refundable on return of the garment) and we will ship your sample that same day. |
I have a uniform design in mind, how do I send it to you?
|
We try to utilize the Internet as much as possible. It saves everyone time and money during the design process. If possible, e-mail your design to us and we will generate a color rendition for you free of charge. |
What do I need to do to secure an exact color match?
|
Remember, everyone's computer monitors show colors a bit differently. Unico uses the latest Pantone digital matching devise. For an exact match of an existing color we suggest you send a color sample via US mail. |
Are there art charges for new designs and team logos?
|
Chances are we have made a design that is similar to the look you are searching for. A one-time set-up charge is assessed to all new designs. Please contact us for pricing. If you are a new club or organization and have yet to create a distinctive logo, we offer graphic design services @ $50 per hour. Most graphic logo designs can be completed in 1 to 2 hours. |
What is your turn-around time on custom orders?

We will place your order immediately after receiving your 50% deposit (check or credit card). You should plan for delivery in 6 to 8 weeks from the time the order was been placed. Our delivery times are based on peak season business and orders processing through customs. Often times we receive orders sooner than our quotes. In the event this occurs we will contact you immediately.
How can I order?

We do not offer a catalog for mailing as our product is continually changing in respect to
designs and features. Instead, we prefer to send a computer generated design via email, which allows us to incorporate your teams’ colors and logos. If you have a design idea for your team, contact us and we will make it to your specifications. |
What are your payment terms?
|
We require a 50% deposit (credit cards are accepted) and 50% at the time of shipment. The final payment can be C.O.D., prepaid with credit card or a check. All credit card purchases incur a 2% up-charge on the invoice total. |
What is your cancellation policy regarding custom design work?
|
In the event of cancellation Unico Sports reserves the right to impose a 50% cancellation fee on all custom & semi-custom uniform jerseys, shorts, warm-ups or orders which include custom design sublimation, screening and/or appliqué. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on accessories orders, (bags, socks, field products, etc.). All custom & semi-custom designs and colors are pre-approved by the customer. |
What is your refund policy?

Unico Sports products are guaranteed to be top quality. Exchanges or credit will be issued for product deemed defective. The period for return of defective product shall not exceed 6 months from the date of purchase. Unico's definition of defective does not include products damaged due to laundering, ironing, or contact with chemicals, abusive care or misuse of the product. In the event of a defect the product will be replaced. If replacement is not suited to the customer, a credit for the original purchase price will be applied to the customers account for future purchases. All custom & semi-custom designs are pre-approved by the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be made for design change issues on pre-approved designs. |
