Refund Policy
Unico Sports products are guaranteed to be top quality. Exchanges or credit will be issued for product deemed defective. The period for return of defective product shall not exceed 6 months from the date of purchase. Unico’s definition of defective does not include products damaged due to laundering, ironing, or contact with chemicals, abusive care or misuse of the product. In the event of a defect the product will be replaced. If replacement is not suited to the customer a credit for the original purchase price will be applied to the customers account for future purchases. All custom & semi-custom designs are pre-approved by the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be made for design change issues on pre-approved designs.
